"Hotel pulitissimo e splendente! Posizione eccellente, a soli 1-2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e da numerosi ristoranti e negozi! È proprio nel cuore della vita notturna (con tanto cibo di strada). Il personale è stato molto gentile e paziente. Hanno utilizzato degli interpreti per comunicare con noi. Tuttavia, la camera è un po' piccola e la colazione non era buona né molto varia. Ciononostante, hanno una terrazza panoramica e servizi eccellenti, incluso il servizio lavanderia. "È molto bello, ma credo che ci siano opzioni leggermente più moderne allo stesso prezzo, anche più vicine all'IFS. Le camere si affacciano su un enorme cortile interno, dove si collegano tutte le camere dei sette piani, quindi potrebbe non essere altrettanto ben insonorizzato."

Idee di miglioramento piccole - ci sono 4 ascensori che servono oltre 30 piani strani, che potrebbero portare a un periodo di attesa occupato. Per considerare ascensori che servono piani specifici. Molti cavalieri di fornitura di cibo usano anche per fornire. Suggerire agli ospiti di raccogliere solo, che migliorerà la sicurezza dell'hotel."

"Ho recentemente controllato durante le ore iniziali circa 12+ a.m. dopo la prenotazione attraverso Trip.com. Quando entrai in camera, non mi fu detto che era una stanza di fumo, e purtroppo l’odore era estremamente sgradevole, soprattutto dopo aver girato il condizionamento che sembrava circolare il fumo di stallo.
Questa esperienza è stata deludente e inaccettabile, soprattutto perché non c'era alcuna notifica preventiva durante la prenotazione o al check-in. Per motivi di salute e comfort, non avrei mai accettato una sala da fumare.
Si prega di assicurare che tutti i clienti siano informati in anticipo chiaramente se vengono assegnati un fumatore. La trasparenza in materia è essenziale, soprattutto durante i check-in tardivi quando le opzioni per cambiare le camere possono essere limitate.
Spero che prenderà sul serio questo feedback e riesaminerà le procedure per evitare esperienze simili per gli ospiti futuri."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Changsha. The location is amazing – I could easily walk everywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent and included plenty of local specialties, which made the experience feel authentic and special.
What really stood out was the service. I do not speak Chinese, but the staff went above and beyond to help me, using translation apps and doing everything they could to make me feel comfortable. They were incredibly kind and attentive. The reception team even added me on WeChat so we could communicate seamlessly, taking advantage of the built-in translation function.
Another highlight was the fun robot delivery system – if you order something to your room, the robot brings it straight to your door. Such a clever and convenient touch!
Overall, I absolutely loved my stay here. Warm, thoughtful service, a great location, delicious breakfast, and modern conveniences – I could not recommend it more highly."

"Il ragazzo alla reception del turno di mezzanotte non è molto cordiale e sembra molto aggressivo. L'aria condizionata centralizzata non è facile da usare perché è molto difficile regolare la temperatura e la velocità della ventola. Soggiorno per 3 persone, ma asciugamani, seggiolini auto, acqua potabile, tazze e altri articoli da toeletta di base sono stati forniti solo a 2. Bisogna richiedere il terzo. La colazione è buona, solo l'area salotto è limitata. La lavanderia self-service è molto buona. Il personale è molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a lavare e asciugare i vestiti, arrivandoci alla porta una volta finito. È stato un ottimo servizio e complimenti per questo. Il check-out è molto veloce e senza intoppi e la reception è molto gentile e cortese. Un applauso a loro. Nonostante un piccolo servizio carente, nel complesso è un buon hotel e lo consiglio. Molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Basta girare a sinistra dall'hotel e camminare per meno di 10 minuti per raggiungere l'ascensore per la stazione della metropolitana."

Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

Everything was provided with attention and customer attention.
Meals offered were of great quality and variety.
The district is also lovely with iconic places, great food and local stores very friendly or typical.
The personel just did everything to make the stay perfect. I could not thank them enough for their hospitality.
Package was exceptional as well and I was nicely surprised by the offered services.
Warmly recommended and hope I will have the chance to come again.
2 things to note, the street has a lot of animation so can be noisy sometimes, and people are driving on motorbike in not a very safe way.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children.
Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards.
The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions.
Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

大大美女GanWe picked out Changsha Pushe Minsu for our trip in Changsha due to the location and also the appealing photos. When we were there, the rooms and environment were true to the photos. Their service is excellent and the staff were very meticulous to details. Special thanks to 小罗, before we arrived, we called up the minsu to check on some stuff and she was extremely helpful and polite. 小罗 even told us to pack clothes for the cold weather as there was a temperature dip. The staff would check with us every night if we wanted a dessert and what time we would be back, when we are back late, they placed the dessert into the thermo for us which was very sweet. I thank them for their great service which added many brownie points to our Changsha trip!

UUtente ospiteThe room is pretty with nice views, but the 2 beds are definitely too small to accommodate 3 people. Perhaps the hotel should use bigger beds or open up a triple room for odd numbered families like mine.
I clearly mentioned to this handsome front desk staff during check in that I have 3 pax. He was friendly and all, but alas the room only had items to cater for 2pax. I called the front desk and this same guy attended my call to get the items for the 3rd pax. He even called again after the delivery and reassured me that he had reminded the housekeeping that the room is stayed by 3pax. Guess what? The next day when we returned from a whole day of travelling, we came back to the room with missing items again. There were 3 towels so we just let it slide and decided not to call the front desk as it was our last night anyway...
Also, what kind of upscale hotel does not/is unable to provide customers with the help they need through online methods?? Other than trip.com chat, there was literally no way for me to reach the hotel. They don't even have a local number that I can borrow to book attraction tickets! What a shame! And when I asked about this at the front counter, it seems like the message was ”you're on your own”. Definitely not a good feeling for a family who was visiting the country for the first time!! And I really expected better from an upscale hotel like this.
Lastly, I believe that the hotel is located too far away from the main attractions, hence the surroundings are rather deserted. We always leave the hotel by DiDi anyway so it wasn't a deal breaker for us. It didn't seem like there were food places nearby that were open at night, so you might need ******* if you're staying in (but good luck if you have no local number!!). This is also how you can get a quiet location + nice views + a reasonable price. Worth it for the luxury experience if you're a party of 2.

YYas_miniBook a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room.
The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper.
Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace.
A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning.
A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart.
We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service. Our friends and family will be hearing all about this gem!

特别感谢东成和蓬蓬给予我们热情的接待和无微不至的照顾。从入住的第一天开始，我们就感受到了他们的用心与温暖。酒店整体非常干净，远远超出我们的预期。每天都有免费的客房清洁和洗衣服务，从不间断，为我们的旅行带来了极大的便利。
我们还升级了自助早餐，事实证明非常值得。早餐不仅美味，而且分量十足，每天都吃得非常满足。
最让我们感动的是，在离店的最后一天，我弟弟不小心遗失了项链，我们立刻向酒店经理求助。她立即组织了一支团队，耐心细致地帮我们寻找，最终成功找回并归还给我们。我们对此无比感激！特别要感谢那位非常漂亮的女经理，不仅外貌出众，更拥有一颗金子般善良的心。
我们对这次的住宿体验感到非常满意，下一次来长沙还会继续选择这里！也会把236 FUNGEE Hotel 推荐给我们的亲朋好友。值得一试！
